My first impression on the hotel is that the hotel is in good location which i can reach any other places so easy; easy to find foods; the hotel is clean and nice. But after i checked in everything done, i entered my room. Few minutes later there got one of the hotel staff locked into my room without any permission and even asked me to pay for the hotel room for one night. But in fact I have already paid for 4 nights and all service charge included. The staffs never read in my reservation letter while i first checked in at the reception. By the way, when i told them that I have already paid for the room for 4 nights and i gave them again my reservation letter, they just said that's alright and never say sorry to me for entering my room without any permission and also for not checking on the letter. I really feel disappointed with this bad very bad service and the ruddiness of the staffs.
